Hi! My name is Lorna Costantini. I’m an Educator and former School Board Trustee for the Niagara Catholic District SChool Board in Niagara Ontario. I am one of the co-hosts of weekly webcast, Classroom 20 Live with Kim Caise and Peggy George. Classroom 2.0 LIVE is an opportunity to gather with other members of the Classroom20. com ning community in real-time events, complete with audio, chat, desktop sharing, and sometimes even video. Our webcasts are open and free for anyone who wants to attend.

For many people there are extensive barriers to using technology in the classroom. Many people are overwhelmed with the new wave of technology and need support to engage successfully online.

This blog is a collection of ideas and resources to help both parents and teachers use web 2.0 tools in the classroom. It is a place to start. If you find this all overwhelming and want in more detailed instruction and support, please consider the Beginner Series at the elearningcenter. Kim and I are responding to the need for Newbies to have a place to find help in using technology.
