Hi! My name is Lorna Costantini. I’m an Educator, School Board Trustee and Parent Advocate. I believe strongly in giving people the tools to communicate. I am the moderator of the Parents as Partners Webcast at www.edtechtalk.com, a bi-monthly show about all good things in education and parenting. We have a particular focus on the use of web 2.0 tools and how they can enhance the learning environment.

For many people there are extensive barriers that limit parents and teachers in developing web sites and communicating online as partners in education. Many people are overwhelmed with the new wave of technology and need support to engage successfully online.

This blog is a collection of ideas and resources to help both parents and teachers use web 2.0 tools in the classroom. It is a place to start.
